Jamiroquai - Runaway

Jamiroquai. Without a hat. But with a spacesuit.

Bran Update

The first update for 2007 brings you 11 new concept art drawings in our gallery! 4 concepts by Atula Siriwardane, 4 concepts by Iglika Yordanova and 3 concepts by Petar Tasev.

In the last month we were approached by British and Bulgarian publishers expressing interest in publishing a comic book based on our screenplay. We started work with some of our artists on creation of the comics.

We were also approached by several aspiring young comics authors, who ask us if we are willing to work on other projects except Bran and if we would consider ready for print comics. Yes, we would be delighted to support you.

And now go to www.BranTheMovie.com for additional info and the rest of the new concept art drawings :)

Animation #13

This issue of the Animation rubric is dedicated to "Les Enfants du feu" which means "Children of Fire" or also known as "FireQuest"

An adventure, set in prehistoric times about five children aged between 11 and 16 and their search for fire. The pursuit of adventure, the conflict between the 'inventions' of the youngest child Galil which meet with the scepticism of the elders of the tribe and a desire to explore new horizons are all part of the children's daily lives. Mamoo a young dwarf hairy mammoth accompany them in their many adventures which bring them into contact with other tribes which are either more advanced than their own or very primitive, shamanism or even just various natural disasters (eclipses, earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, the winter cold etc….) With a modern look to the fabulous backgrounds, the series, Children of Fire is a unique concept. You could say it's a spin-off of the Jean-Jacques Annaud's movie "Quest for Fire". And this is another French show, that is far better than many of the series aired on Cartoon Network, Jetix and so on. This show deserves fame and recognition! The atmosphere is similar to "Rahan" and "Quest for Fire". The animation is artistic and stylish. The story is intriguing and captures both kids and more mature audience. Highly recommended!

Quotes #16

"You who are reading me now are a different breed - I hope a better one. I leave the 20th century with no regrets. But one more thing - if anybody's listening, that is. Nothing scientific. It's purely personal. But seen from out here everything seems different. Time bends. Space is boundless. It squashes a man's ego. I feel lonely. That's about it. Tell me, though. Does man, that marvel of the universe, that glorious paradox who sent me to the stars, still make war against his brother? Keep his neighbor's children starving?"
